Mexico City, February x, 2026—Adjust your flux capacitor: Christopher Lloyd, the talent behind the iconic Dr. Emmett “Doc” Brown, lands at CCXPMX26 as a special guest on April 24 and 25. The living legend of film and television will arrive at 88 miles per hour to join the biggest celebration of pop culture in Mexico and park himself right in the heart of fandom.
During CCXPMX26, fans will be able to see him on a panel at the Thunder Stage by Cinemex and in a more intimate encounter at the Omelete Stage by Dos Equis. In addition, they will be able to participate in photo sessions and autograph signings as part of this unforgettable experience. These activities will be available for purchase soon through Ticketmaster.
A character actor with a career as explosive as a thunderstorm over the clock tower, Lloyd made his film debut in the classic One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975). He rose to fame as the unforgettable “Reverend” Jim Ignatowski in Taxi, a role that earned him two Primetime Emmy Awards. His name was forever etched in the entertainment timeline as the inventor of time travel in the cult trilogy Back to the Future, but his gallery of iconic characters doesn't stop there.
He also brought to life the fearsome Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, the macabre and endearing Uncle Lucas in The Addams Family, and Klingon commander Kruge in Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. Recently, he has continued to expand his geek legacy with appearances in The Mandalorian, the movie Nobody, and as the voice of the eternal antagonist “The Hacker” in the animated series Cyberchase.
