Born on December 7th in Ibaraki Prefecture, he made his debut as a serialized author at the age of 28. Since 2015, he has written under the pseudonym Shū Sakuratani. His works include the 10-volume series T-DRAGON, among others. He is currently publishing Rooster Fighter, with its anime adaptation scheduled for a worldwide release in Spring 2026.
